Our esthetics team is available and happy to provide you with the utmost in pampering from relaxing facials to the perfect wedding day manicure, pedicure and make-up design.
Following are some tips that we have found to be helpful in planning the ultimate bridal salon experience.
Six Months
Research salons. This ensures your salon of choice can meet your pre-wedding and wedding day requirements for the time frame you have selected. Be sure you have the number of people needing to be taken care of and the type of services for each person. This way no services are missed and each individual will receive the best possible care.
Two Months
Set dates for any trial appointments. Should any in your party have encountered a bad experience on a wedding day, set trial dates for them as well. Collect pictures of styles you like. These are perfect building blocks for your stylist to use when designing your own unique style. Be sure headpieces and any other items will be available for your trial. Trials are best booked no less than one month before the wedding date.
One Month
Retouch color and highlights if necessary. Now is not the time to experiment with a new color or style. You and those that have decided to have a trial should be doing so at this time. Taking pictures of your trial is a great way to see how your style looks, form an opinion and refresh your stylist’s memory for your wedding day.
One Week
Facials, massages, pedicures, manicures or nail enhancements are a great way to relax and unwind from the pressures of planning such a perfect day.
Finally Your Day is Here
- Please BE ON TIME! It helps the salon staff and you and your party stay on schedule.
- Remember ALL items that you need for your hair, veil, headpiece, clips or baby’s breath.
- Be sure hair is washed and dried the night before. It’s a great way to save time.
- Inform your stylist if part of your headpiece is to be removed and have someone there that can be shown how to remove it so that your style remains in tact.
